USNFR has access to millions of dollars in funds dedicated to paying off homeowners mortgages across the country. These funds are allocated after underwriting and receipt of final pay off documents directly from your mortgage company. Don't worry, our in house team works directly with mortgage companies daily. We will compile all needed documents and payoffs and keep you updated with any new information promptly as we receive it. This is a completely in house process, we do not outsource any portion of this process. Simultaneously, we will be working directly with a partnered title company in your area and organizing a closing date prior to your auction or repossession date. Prior to our purchase and pay off of your home we will work with you on a preferred move out date if you are still living in your home. Additionally, we can connect you with more resources, if needed, regarding moving assistance, down payment assistance programs or hardship funds (if qualified.) Allowing homeowners across the country to put control back into their hands, not the banks.
USNFR also provides homeowners with moving assistance and down payment/security deposit assistance (up to a certain amount) for qualified homeowners who choose to work with USNFR. These provided resources are in an effort to ease the burden that the foreclosure process can cause financially. Please ask your USNFR agent for details on how to apply for any assistance programs. There are countless benefits to working with USNFR. Not only are you able to take control back into your hands (and not the banks!) but also, all your debt is paid by USNFR. The mortgage is paid in full and anything else possibly associated with your home, this could be, credit cards, items in collections, etc. Anything associated with the foreclosure of your home will be paid in full.
No USNFR agent will ever ask you for any form of payment. Our services are completely free and alligned with our mission statement.
USNFR accepts applications up until two weeks prior to a scheduled auction date. Applications are assessed on a case by case basis and acceptance timelines can vary based on state laws and regulations. If your auction date is sooner than two weeks please contact us as soon as possible and we will determine on a case by case basis.
USNFR does require an agreement signing upon application acceptance from our underwriting team to move forward. No worries! USNFR's contract fully aligns with our mission to help as many homeowners across the country as possible. It is the same agreement that your local real estate agents use.
USNFR's timelines may vary depending on location. Rest assured USNFR will close prior to your auction date.
